Digital Service Delivery Policy

Zactr is a digital software and data service. No physical product is shipped.

How delivery works

After payment is confirmed and any required account verification is complete, subscription access is delivered electronically to the Zactr account used at checkout. Dashboard features, reports, and API access appear according to the purchased plan.

The confirmation page or email will identify the successful payment or subscription. Keep your account email current so service and billing messages reach you.

Delivery timing

Account entitlements are normally activated immediately after successful card confirmation. Manually requested annual payments are activated after the payment is matched to the request and receives the required blockchain confirmations. Payment review, fraud screening, account verification, source preparation, or a third-party outage may delay access.

Some marketplace data and seller workspaces require preparation after account activation. The dashboard will show preparation or freshness status where applicable; this does not mean a physical shipment is pending.

No shipping charges or tracking

Zactr does not charge physical shipping fees, issue courier tracking numbers, or deliver goods to a postal address. Access is provided through the website and authenticated APIs.

Delivery problems

If paid access has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful charge, contact support@zactr.com with the account email and transaction reference. Do not send a complete card number, password, or card security code.

We will verify the payment and either activate the correct entitlement or explain any outstanding verification or payment issue.
