Information we collect
Account and contact information, such as name, business name, email address, login and verification records, support messages, and seller identifiers you connect to a workspace.
Service activity, such as pages and features used, searches, exports, API requests, subscription state, browser and device information, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs.
Payment and transaction metadata supplied by payment processors or needed to verify a requested cryptocurrency payment, such as payment status, plan, billing cycle, transaction reference, blockchain transaction hash, and limited billing details. Zactr does not need to store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify access, connect the correct seller workspace, provide marketplace analysis and APIs, process subscriptions, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, comply with law, and improve the service.
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent, or a legal obligation.
Cookies and local storage
Zactr uses essential session and security technologies to keep you signed in, protect requests, and remember settings such as theme. We may use limited analytics or performance technologies to understand service operation. Browser controls can restrict storage, but essential features may then stop working.
Sharing and processors
We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, monitoring, customer support, and payment processing, including PayPal or Razorpay when enabled for your checkout.
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business reorganisation, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to protect transferred personal information.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the account, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain security records. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your account credentials.
Your choices and rights
You may update account information in the service and may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information where applicable law provides those rights. You may also cancel marketing communications without affecting essential service messages.
Send privacy requests to support@zactr.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children and updates
Zactr is a business service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; the effective date below identifies the current version.
