Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing controls available in your account or by contacting support@zactr.com from the account email address.
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless required otherwise by law or confirmed by support, access remains available through the end of the period already paid for.
Refund eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after digital access has been activated or used. We will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, a charge taken after a timely cancellation, prolonged material failure to deliver the paid service, or another refund right required by applicable law.
Non-use, failure to cancel before renewal, a change of mind after access begins, or marketplace outcomes that differ from expectations do not by themselves create a refund right, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
How to request a review
Email support@zactr.com promptly with the account email, transaction reference, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not include a complete card number, password, or card security code.
We will review the account and payment record and communicate the decision by email. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where an approved cryptocurrency refund is required, the customer must securely confirm a compatible refund address; unavoidable network fees and exchange-rate movement may affect the returned cryptocurrency amount to the extent permitted by law.
Plan changes and termination
A plan change may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, as shown before confirmation. Any credit or additional charge will be disclosed in the billing flow.
If Zactr terminates a paid account without cause before the end of its paid period, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. No refund is due for suspension or termination caused by material misuse, fraud, or breach, to the extent permitted by law.
