Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Zactr, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Zactr for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate account and billing information.
The service
Zactr provides source-timestamped marketplace observations, including product, seller, offer, Buy Box, promotion, and price-history evidence. Features and data coverage vary by plan, marketplace, source availability, and product.
Marketplace observations are decision support. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, Zactr does not know or infer your actual sales, units sold, revenue, profit, margin, inventory on hand, or stockout date. You remain responsible for commercial, pricing, inventory, tax, and marketplace decisions.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API keys confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify support@zactr.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share an individual account outside its permitted users, attempt to bypass plan limits, or access another customer's workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in EUR. Monthly subscriptions use the available online card checkout. Annual subscriptions may be requested for manual review and payment instructions; submitting a request does not activate a subscription or create a payment obligation.
Where Zactr offers annual payment in Bitcoin, the EUR price is converted in the time-limited payment instruction sent after review. The customer must verify the currency, network, address, amount, expiry and reference before sending. Access is activated only after the required blockchain confirmations. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible, and network fees or transfers to an incorrect address remain the sender's responsibility except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Acceptable use
You may use Zactr for lawful internal business analysis. You may not use it to violate marketplace rules or law, distribute malware, probe security controls, overload the service, scrape protected areas, resell access without written permission, or misrepresent observed evidence as guaranteed fact.
API use is subject to authentication, rate limits, data-access scope, and any endpoint-specific terms shown in the product.
Third-party data and services
Zactr may depend on third-party marketplace data, payment processors, hosting, email, authentication, or analytics services. Third-party sources may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Amazon and other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners; Zactr is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property
Zactr and its software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and original analysis are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the paid term.
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant Zactr the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that information to provide the service.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every source will always be current. Maintenance, source restrictions, payment review, security events, and events outside reasonable control may affect service.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address overdue payment. We may change features or these terms and will post an updated effective date; material changes will be communicated where required.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Zactr is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of marketplace outcome, Buy Box ownership, sales, profit, or uninterrupted third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for reviewing the underlying evidence before acting and for maintaining appropriate backups and controls around any API integration or business workflow.

Questions or complaints should first be sent to support@zactr.com so they can be investigated promptly. These terms are governed by the law that applies to the contracting Zactr provider and customer, and disputes are subject to the competent courts required by applicable law.
